We design and commission Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants, De-Mineralisation (DM) Water Plants, and Packaged Drinking Water Plants. Every system is sized against your actual source water quality.
STP, ETP & Zero Liquid Discharge

What is the minimum and maximum capacity for your Sewage Treatment Plants?
Our STP systems are designed and built across a capacity range from 2 KLD (suitable for small commercial buildings) to 500 KLD (suitable for large hospitals or townships). Both civil-constructed and packaged FRP modular configurations are available.
What does "Zero Liquid Discharge" mean, and which industries require it?
ZLD means no liquid effluent is discharged to any external water body. All wastewater is treated, recycled, or evaporated, leaving only solid residue. It is mandated for textile dyeing, pharma, and chemical units. We build ZLD systems around electrical, pan, kettle, solar, and MVR evaporators.
Does R. R. Aqua handle solar EPC projects outside Tamil Nadu?
Yes. We execute Solar EPC projects on a pan-India basis. Our scope covers complete EPC services: structural mounting design, module procurement, cabling, net metering application, and post-commissioning monitoring.
How long does a typical water treatment or STP project take?
A packaged FRP STP in the 10–50 KLD range is typically delivered and commissioned within 8–12 weeks. Larger civil-constructed STPs or complex ETP/ZLD systems may take 16–28 weeks. We provide a project schedule with milestone dates as part of every proposal.
